Advanced Energy to Provide Solaron PV Inverters for Solar Power Project

Advanced Energy, a provider of innovative power and control technologies for use in thin-film production and solar-power generation processes, has declared the selection of its SafeGuard service program and Solaron PV inverters for a 150 MW solar power development project in Arizona.

Zachry Industrial, a US-based EPC services providing company has awarded the project to Advanced Energy. The Solaron PV inverters were chosen for the project under a tough competitive bidding procedure.

The solar power project will configure the Solaron 500kW inverters as 2MW PowerStation solutions for use. The arrangement will utilize SafeGuard Plus inverter uptime program provided by Advanced Energy to support the project. The project is anticipated to commence in the middle of 2011 and is expected to be finished in 2013.

On completion, the solar power project will remain one among the prominent solar installations in North America with an output capacity that can surpass the current solar installations all over the world.
