Here Enterprises Advances to the Next Stage of Cycle Ranch Wind Project Development

Here Enterprises declared that its Cycle Ranch wind project located in Floresville, Texas has moved into the next phase of development.

The company had installed wind turbines, which are now functional. Currently, the company is continuing with electrical installation work to connect the wind generated power from the wind park to the local utility.

The company has submitted an application for Customer-Owned Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Service with Floresville Electric. The approval when received will facilitate the company to connect its wind farm to the grid and promote power production. Presently, the company is continuing with the erection and testing of the required electrical systems following the distributed production agreement.

Both testing and installation of copper cabling, controllers, conduits and breakers on the company’s wind facility is anticipated to be completed by June 2011. The next stage of electrical work will link the wind turbines and assist the wind park to go online. The power generated from the facility will allow the company to support the power requirements of commercial speedway operations at its Cycle Ranch.
