The growing demand for SolarEdge PV power optimizers that assist in maximizing solar power generation among commercial and home users in Germany was visibly seen when more than 15 MW of orders were placed at Intersolar Europe tradeshow on the second day.

SolConTec International, EME Energie Management Eberlein and Hofbrueckl Solar, as partners of SolarEdge, will distribute and install the systems.
The SolarEdge PV power optimizer improves the energy harvesting efficiency of the systems and maximizes return on investment during the product life cycle. The module-level MPPT system optimizes the energy generation and cuts down the power loss due to mismatch of systems and inconsistent module aging and shading.
The real-time module-level photovoltaic monitoring is capable of finding underperforming PV modules and diagnoses the reasons for malfunctioning, thus cutting down the operation and maintenance expenditures.
The SafeDC feature incorporated in the optimizers automatically stops the DC voltage supply in each module during fire, maintenance and installation, thus providing safety for users and technical personnel.
