This new system will enable the employees to follow, supervise and improve the environmental performance of the company.
The eco-friendly initiatives of the company include an all inclusive recycling program, which enables collection of paper board, cardboard, paper, glass and plastics or any other material accepted for the recycling program by the City of Raleigh, North Carolina. The other eco-friendly initiatives of the company include installation of compact fluorescent lights, a cooperative policy to bring down the unnecessary buying of goods and equipment, use of recycled paper and inks made of soy or vegetable for all their prints, utilizing 100% recycled copy and printer paper and eco-friendly cleaning supplies and finally adjusting its computers and monitors to energy conserving mode. It also has completed a documentary stressing on sustainable farming and the decrease of slash and burn cultivation.
