Astrum Solar, a company that provides full-service for residential solar installations, is associating with Constellation Energy to offer a residential solar leasing program.
The company anticipates using the program to propagate the use of solar power by installing solar systems over the rooftops in Ohio. The company presently operating from its Youngstown located regional operation center has completed over 100 residential solar installations all over the region.

The "Leasing Powered by Constellation Energy," program offered by Astrum Solar in association with Constellation Energy will enable the homeowner to have the solar panels installed over the rooftop with a minimum level of down payment and nominal monthly lease payments, which will be often lower than the utility supplied electric power bill. The program also permits the customers to choose a system design that conforms to their energy needs and financial plan. The home owners will enjoy immunity from the often rising utility power costs with locked lease payments for a period of around 20 years. As a special incentive to the home owners who join the scheme immediately, Astrum Solar intends to offer the installation for the first 50 Ohio homeowners with ZERO down payment.
According to Vadim Polikov, Astrum Solar’s President and CEO, the leasing option for residential solar installations brings down the investment needed while making it viable and affordable for most of the residents of the state.
