Schletter, a designer, developer, and manufacturer of solar mounting solutions in the U.S., has announced that it is conducting a workshop on large utility-scale solar installations. The workshop will be held between March 12 and 13, 2012 in San Diego, California.
Many experts from the PV industry will take part in the commercial solar installation workshop. The seminar will provide an opportunity for solar PV project leaders, integrators and installers to gain information on sophisticated system planning and installation. Baker Tilly, Intertek, Suntech and REFUsol will join with Schletter to deliver a comprehensive know-how for participants. The event attendees will be able to get classroom and hands-on information about PV modules, inverters, solar mounting systems, system grounding techniques and financial planning.
The President of Schletter, Martin Hausner stated that in addition to offering information on solar mounting systems, the company’s aim is to provide new information for every segment of a PV system. Besides offering high-quality products, Schletter focuses on delivering advanced information to the solar community. The company provides products for ground mount and roof mount systems for utility scale, commercial and residential applications. Schletter has manufactured over 600 MW of PV mounting systems since the start-up of its US facility in Tucson, Arizona.
