Schletter, a designer, developer and manufacturer of ground mount solar photovoltaic (PV) mounting products, announced that it has unveiled a new 2.5 kW FS Kit, which is ideal for both residential and commercial applications.
The FS solar system is employed in several largest and complex ground mount installation projects and in total 5 GW has been used worldwide. The new FS Kit uses the same quality system but on a smaller scale. The product comprises all the mounting components required to deploy the solar structure.
Other benefits of the FS Kit include the Ontario Building Code where it is valid, PE stamped permitting package for nearly all states with performance meeting USB engineered to IBC 2006/2009, and ETL certified meeting UL 2703 and UL1703 standards.
The Director of Inside-Sales for the company, Ian McCollum stated that the FS System is the world’s first ground mount system that has met UL 2703 and UL 1703 standards.
Schletter has production plant in Tucson, Arizona, U.S and it has manufactured over 600 MW of solar PV mounting systems till date. The company offers solutions for ground mount and solar mount systems for commercial and residential applications as well as for utility scale PV systems.
