Gehrlicher Solar America and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants have declared a strategic joint-development contract, through which Arizona, California, and Nevada can have solar energy for an effective wastewater treatment facilities.
Kennedy/Jenks Consultants has been specializing in planning, designing and assessing water and wastewater treatment facilities, since 1919. Throughout the western US, the firm has achieved a notable client network with 250 facilities in California. The location of Kennedy/Jenks promotes renewable energy solutions efficiently.
The Chairman of Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Lynn Takaichi, said that the firm mostly offers key energy solutions to its clients. Solar is considered to be an effective wastewater treatment solution since the sustainability standards are growing rapidly among existing environmental facilities. Gehrlicher is a well-established plant renowned for the design, development, and construction of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
According to the CEO of Gehrlicher Solar America, Stefan Parhofer, through this agreement, solar will find its place among the markets of Southwest. Gehrlicher can now offer PV Systems for the Southwest customers. The firm anticipates its operation with Kennedy/Jenks and its clients to bring this major energy solution into fruition. Gehrlicher forecasts achieving up to 10 to 15 MW of solar capacity per annum, thereby contributing to the efficiency of this market segment.
Along with its advisor CleanFin, Gehrlicher will offer financial support for this series of solar projects to deliver maximum cost-efficiency in energy for water and wastewater treatment client suppliers.
