Cassidy Turley on CPE's Greenest Companies List for Second Consecutive Year

Commercial real estate services provider, Cassidy Turley, has been named among the leading companies for sustainable practices. Commercial Property Executive (CPE), an integrated resource for commercial real estate, has named Cassidy Turley to its "2012 Greenest Companies" index.

CPE has selected 25 companies for demonstrating their commitment to sustainable practices. International investors, developers and service peers in real-estate are part of the green list. The selection for the list was based on a number of criteria, including the company’s concentration of LEED certifications, focus on resource and energy improvement, and the reduction that it has achieved in terms of utility costs. The training provided to the company’s staff for sustainable measures and a chief sustainability officer as part of the company were other criteria that was chosen for the selection to the CPE "2012 Greenest Companies" list.

CPE assessed the companies on a combination of future commitment, result quality and the sustainability effort it had put in for consideration on the listing. Based on these criteria, Cassidy Turley has joined the companies on the CPE's green list for the second consecutive year.

The Vice President of Sustainability Services at Cassidy Turley, Evan Tyroler, states that sustainability was one among the highest priorities of the company. The recognition by Commercial Property Executive acknowledged Cassidy Turley’s commitment. The company will continue to increase its staffing and commitment towards sustainability to advance its status as a 'green' thought leader, he said.
