Renewable Energy Group (REG) now offers biodiesel through truckload from its new terminal situated in Clovis, New Mexico. Colorado Petroleum, also called as Arizona Petroleum, has recently picked the first Arizona Petroleum from the terminal for blending at its facility located in Tucson, Arizona.
Biodiesel is an advanced drop-in biofuel that finds use in any type of diesel engine application. REG-9000 branded biodiesel is manufactured from natural oils, greases and fats and fulfills or surpasses ASTM quality criteria for biodiesel.
Renewable Energy Group’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Gary Haer stated that the company is proud to supply superior-quality biodiesel to petroleum refiners, terminals, co-ops and petroleum distributors from the REG Clovis terminal. For the past several years, Colorado Petroleum and Arizona Petroleum Products have been promoting biodiesel utilization. The company is proud to partner with suppliers such as Colorado Petroleum to increase the availability of biodiesel in Texas, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
Tucson Clean Cities coordinator, Colleen Crowninshield stated that the procurement of fuel from the REG Clovis terminal enables Arizona Petroleum to provide superior-quality biodiesel to private and public fleets at reasonable prices. This will assist the whole region to advocate for biodiesel as a clean-burning fuel substitute.
Arizona Petroleum Products’ Administrative Manager, Jerry Kachenko commented that the company is happy to have a distributor like Renewable Energy Group, who is committed to provide a superior-quality biodiesel product and is continuously seeking better affordable ways to supply the product to the public.
