Eco Building Products’ affiliate, Interstate + Lakeland Lumber supplied two additional house packages of Eco Red Shield coated lumber.
The two houses being shipped are roughly 3,500 sq. ft. and are situated in Harrison, New York, bringing the total houses being constructed in the Westchester County market to three. Order file for Eco Red Shield Coated Lumber is growing and driving the Tri State market.
C&D Marchese Construction has been the builder of both speculative and customized homes in Westchester County over the past several years. Principle of C&D Marchese Construction, Dominic Marchese stated that he has been searching for a product that complements his framing packages in his homes. He recognized the required qualities in Eco Red Shield protected lumber and immediately placed the order.
Tom Marchese, a principle of Mario Marchese Contracting, stated that the use of Eco Red Shield protected lumber in homes being built by the company enables him to describe the uniqueness of the homes to potential customers because as of now no other houses in the region are constructed with this kind of technology.
Besides these two homes, Interstate + Lakeland Lumber has also received an order for the first custom home, which measures 7,000 sq. ft. and is situated in Scarsdale, New York market. Every week, Interstate + Lakeland Lumber has been conducting presentations on Eco Red Shield technology for town building inspectors, architects and builders.
President of Interstate + Lakeland Lumber, Sheldon Kahan stated that builders and some of their customers have already started using this technology for their buildings. The company is happy to be a part of this transformation occurring in the building industry.
