CleanEquity Monaco 2013, the foremost emerging cleantech conference hosted by Innovator Capital, the London specialist investment bank, concluded, following a message from H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, Friday 8th March with its Award Ceremony.
An independent panel of judges selected Amantys as best in class for Excellence in the Field of Environmental Technology Development.
Mungo Park , Chairman of Innovator Capital commented:"The CleanEquity judges are not alone in their admiration for Amantys. This award is one of many and it is richly deserved."
Efficient and reliable power switching is at the heart of energy consumption in systems as diverse as wind turbine inverters, High Voltage DC transmission, large motor drives, electric vehicles and locomotive traction.
Historically, this has been a largely analogue domain, but Amantys brings the unique combination of the digital world of intelligence and the power of microprocessors to deliver advanced control of analogue power switching in these applications. Their IGBT driver products deploy monitoring and control techniques to provide significant improvements in the efficiency and reliability of medium and high power electronics systems.
Commenting on the award, Karen Oddey , CEO of Amantys said, "We are thrilled to receive this recognition from such a credible panel of judges and against such strong competition. The conference brought together many valuable industry connections, and this award adds meaningful and independent validation of the solutions we are delivering to the market today."
Contributors to the 2013 event included The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, The Hinduja Foundation, Monaco's Chamber of Economic Development, Covington & Burling, Qualcomm, MDB Capital, PR Newswire, Kwittken & Company and the Monte-Carlo SBM.
