Yingli Green Energy Subsidiary Gets Certificate for Contracting Foreign Engineering Projects in China

Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), the largest vertically integrated photovoltaic ("PV") module manufacturer in the world, known as "Yingli Solar", today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yingli Energy (China) Company Limited ("Yingli China"), has obtained the Certificate for Contracting Foreign Engineering Projects from governmental authority of People's Republic of China.

The certificate formally authorizes Yingli China to enter into contracts for large-scale PV engineering projects overseas. It also permits Yingli China to dispatch workers internationally in order to fulfill such contracts.
