Innovative Solar Systems Seeks Capital to Take Business to the Next Level

Innovative Solar Systems, LLC (ISS), a developer of utility scale solar farm projects based in Asheville, NC, has experienced immense growth over the last five years.

The company primarily develops 20MW to 150MW solar farm projects, and currently has a portfolio of projects in its pipeline that totals over 2GW.  "It is time to take the business to the next level," states John Green, ISS CEO, "and financial partner would enable us to do this." Both short term returns on solar farm project development side and long term returns on solar farm ownership are proving to provide some of the best, safest and highest returns in the financial community these days. YieldCo's are being formed on a daily basis for just these reasons states an ISS spokesperson.

The company has developed and sold solar farm projects in North Carolina, but has now expanded into 12 other solar friendly states.  An infusion of capital will enable the company to not only sell projects in the early stages but also take projects to the NTP or COD stages, which provides an opportunity for higher returns.  It will also aid the expansion into new markets bringing more projects into the pipeline.  This is a great opportunity for the investor and for ISS.  The investor will have the ability to receive an attractive rate of return and will have the ability to gain full access to ISS projects.
