Efficiency of HWAT Heat Tracing Systems Explained

Tyco Thermal Controls has produced a new 12 page colour brochure detailing its Raychem HWAT heat-tracing system for hot water temperature maintenance in commercial and residential buildings.

The HWAT brochure examines the advantages of delivering instant hot water through a single pipe system and realising an energy reduction of 60% over traditional recirculation systems. Reference is made to actual UK and Danish case studies where energy saving aspects have been measured and documented.

The brochure also contains an application form for a Savewatt software study, in which Tyco Thermal Controls will calculate the operational differences between recirculation and HWAT systems as applied to your specific project.
