WINData offers wind energy project development services, as part of which the sale, shipment and commissioning of meteorological wind towers at customer site are carried out. One of the tower designs offered bv WINData is the 50M-3 Met Tower Design.
The 50M-3 meteorological wind tower is a guyed type of tower with an overall height of 50 meters and diameter of 6 inches. This wind tower has an initial guy tension of 0.7 kilo Newton with a maximum top deflection of 279 millimeters.
The 50M-3 meteorological wind tower is constructed of materials with outer diameter of 152 millimeters and 4.76 millimeters. The wall thickness of one of the materials is 2.8 millimeters with total yield strength of 345 Pascal. Both these tower materials are available in galvanized finish that provides protection against corrosion.
