Day4Energy manufactures different models of solar photovoltaic modules. The 48MC photovoltaic module is developed using multicrystalline photovoltaic cells, which are connected using Day4 Electrode cell interconnection technology. The 48MC module has a maximum efficiency of 14.7 percent and the capability to operate even in low light conditions. This solar photovoltaic module designed by Day4Energy can withstand harsh weather conditions.
The 48MC photovoltaic module has a temperature cycle ranging from -40 up to +90 degrees centigrade. This solar module comprises a total of 48 multicrystalline solar cells made from silicon. Some of the features of the 48MC photovoltaic module include tempered solar glass, back sheet, aluminum frame and junction box.
The junction box available with the solar module consists of output cables, cable couplers and Tyco Solarlok Interconnection. The back sheet of the 48MC photovoltaic module is made using a film component that is resistant to water. Several layers of the film component are used for developing the back sheet of the module. The anodized aluminum frame consists of water drainage holes and multiple grounding holes. With the help of multiple grounding holes, the module can be installed with ease. The water drainage holes are incorporated to minimize the frame breakage. The beveled frame top prevents dirt and water from getting trapped in the frame, and the deep glass frame slot enhances the strength of the frame.
