PVI 15kW Commercial Grid-Tied Solar Inverters from Solectria Renewables

Solectria Renewables produces various models of grid-tied solar inverters that are suitable for commercial applications. The PVI 15kW photovoltaic inverter is a DSP controlled inverter that can be used for three-phase utility PV systems and for industrial applications. The PV inverter includes different control devices and techniques such as precision MPT algorithm, space vector PWM, and low loss rench gate IGBTs. The maximum efficiency rate of the gird-tied inverter is 97 percent.

The PVI 15kW photovoltaic inverter is an integrated device, consisting of AC and DC disconnect box, transformer, DC combiner fuses and filters. The safety features of the solar inverter includes intelligent cooling, voltage and current limit protections, electronic temperature protection, and DC ground fault detection. One PVI 15kW solar inverter can be combined with multiple inverters for use in large PV systems. This PV inverter can be installed both indoor and outdoor, on ground, wall or rooftop, and in different climatic conditions as well.

Other features of the solar inverter include Nema 3R enclosure, forced convection cooling and IP-62 sealed enclosure electronics. The PV inverter, manufactured by Solectria Renewables, can function in a temperature range from -25 to +50 degrees Celsius. The maximum continuous output power of the PVI 15kW inverter is 15kW AC, while maximum DC input current is 68A. The MPT voltage range of the inverter is 225 to 380 V DC. The photovoltaic grid-tied inverter measures 876 x 660 x 345mm and weighs 398 pounds.
