Magnum Energy Offers RD2212 Solar Inverters

The RD series inverter is suitable for renewable energy systems such as off-grid power and back-up power systems. The power factor corrected charger (PFC) inside the inverter chargers utilizes less AC current from the generator than the standard chargers. The solar inverter is available in four models, namely RD2212, RD1824, RD2824 and RD3924. The RD2212 solar inverter can be mounted on a wall or a shelf. Its cover and base are made of aluminum to provide corrosion resistance and noise reduction. This inverter offers multiple ports such as a remote port and RS485 communication port, which is used for network expansion.

RD2212 Solar Inverter

The RD2212 solar inverter is equipped with an on/off inverter-mounted switch along with an LED indicator. The input battery voltage of this inverter ranges from 9 to 16V DC. The nominal AC output voltage of the inverter is 120V AC. This inverter offered by Magnum Energy has continuous power output of 2200VA at 25 degrees Celsius. It has five stage charging capabilities, namely absorb, bulk, equalize, float and battery saver. The height, width and depth of this inverter are 13.75 inches, 12.65 inches and 8 inches, respectively.

The RD series inverter can be installed in four simple steps. The user must first connect the inverter’s output to the electrical panel or distribution circuits. Then, the power cable (AC) is connected to the inverter’s terminal block and the batteries. After connecting, users can switch on the power.
