Trina Solar Begins Supply of Solar PV Products to RF Industries in Australia

Trina Solar has carried out its initial shipments of PV modules in January 2010 to RF Industries, which is the Australia’s leading renewable energy distributor. Trina Solar is a leading integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products ranging from production of wafers, cells, ingots and assembly of PV modules. This is in connection with Trina Solar’s plan to finalize a national distribution agreement with RF Industries to supply up to 10 megawatts of photovoltaic modules in the year 2010.

Jifan Gao, CEO and Chairman of Trina Solar, remarked that the company is excited to partner with RF Industries, the largest distributor of solar modules in Australia to provide the market with high quality products from Trina Solar. Through this partnership, Trina Solar’s high performance modules will be introduced to the emerging new Australian market during which Trina Solar’s presence and brand in the region will also be enhanced.
