Atmos offers a range of wood gasification boilers, wood and coal gasification boilers, briquette and wood gasification boilers, wood burning boilers and pellet boilers. Gasifying boilers consists of a generator that helps in the wood burning process. It also comprises a gas exhaust ventilator that is used to supply air into the boiler or pump out combustion gases from the same.
The body of the wood gasification boiler from Atmos is built by combining a number of steel sheets together that have a thickness ranging from 3 to 8mm. An advantage of this boiler from the company is that it can be used to burn large pieces of wood too. There is also an area in the boiler that can be used to collect the ash, which must be cleared once a week. The ventilator automatically shuts down when there is a shortage of fuel in the boiler. As the release of emissions is low in this wood gasification boiler, it is environmentally friendly and safe for use.
Some of the other components of the wood gasification boiler from Atmos are a fuel container, a fuel hopper, a multiple chamber furnace, a vertical combustion gas duct and a gas exhaust outlet.
