Omega 2000 Group supplies a range of evacuated tube solar hot water systems, water heating boiler systems, tankless gas water heaters and spa systems. The SWH24M evacuated tube solar water heater is constructed for remote areas where no electricity or water supply is available. It is equipped with a collector and 24 evacuated tubes.
The SWH24M evacuated tube solar water heater is a compact hot water system that depends on warm water rising (natural convection) to circulate water to the water storage tank through the collectors. The tank is fixed above the collector. When the water inside the collector is heated up, it gets lighter and rises to the tank located above. When hot water goes up to the tank, cold water in the tank flows down to the collector. This circulation is repeated till sufficient hot water is available in the tank. This solar water heating system from Omega 2000 Group transfers the heat-transfer fluid or household water without pumps. This passive system ensures that electric pump breakdown and electricity outages are not issues.
The tank of the SWH24M evacuated tube solar water heater is open vented and has low pressure. It is manually filled and once the tank is filled with water, the water flows out through an overflow pipe into the house. When water flows out, it means that tank is full. Once the user get used to the method of operation, they can fill the tank at an appropriate time.
