SunMaxx Solar Launches New Training Center in California

A new training center has been opened by SunMaxx Solar in San Diego, California. The company is offering a solar thermal installation Level 1-3 training course for aspiring solar thermal installers from 6th to 8th April, 2010. The three-day training course is comprehensive with the participants getting to know all aspects of the solar thermal installation. The course also includes hands-on installation training in the lab. Attendees of the course will receive 22 NABCEP continuing education credit hours, which constitutes more than 50% of requirement for NABCEP installer certification.

The program leverages the expertise of SunMaxx as a leading manufacturer and the best practices of its more than 1,000 dealers to promote knowledge, quality and success among solar installers. Butler Sun Solutions will co-host the training program. The company is based in San Diego and has wide experience in solar thermal installations. American Solar Energy Society’s Director of solar thermal division, Barry Butler, will be the guest speaker at the training program.

SunMaxx Solar is proposing to offer two additional solar training courses in May: Level 4 and Level 5. These courses are extensive and will provide in-depth knowledge to the participants about the installation as well as inside knowledge of the fast growing solar business. These courses also provide training for solar marketing and sales as well as commercial solar sales.
