The Phocos solar charge controllers that come with a LCD display are available in the CX series.

Phocos Solar Charge Controllers

The CX series charge controllers are part of a family of solar charge regulators. Complying to PWM regulations along with integrated temperature compensation, these charge controllers offer programming, display and safety functions. The energy flow, charge and load status such as load short circuit and overload of the battery are displayed with the help of a bar chart. The deep discharge protection function of the charge controllers is set up in three different modes, namely, the SOC controlled, adaptive (fuzzy logic) and voltage controlled. The solar charge controllers have built-in programmable nightlife functions and acoustic warnings.

Phocos’ CX series charge controllers also incorporate an excess energy management function that is combined with designed loads to utilize excess energy that would be lost due to the battery’s overcharge protection. The dense case design is set for DIN rail mounting. Phocos solar charge controllers are available in the following models: PR/PH-CX10, PR/PH-CX20 and PR/PH-CX40.
