Session Solar, a producer of Creotecc Solar Mounting Systems, has announced that its associate, Elite Solar of Chico, CA, has started construction of 501 kW solar project for the Thermalito Water and Sewer District (TWSD) in Oroville, CA. About $3.8 million electricity expenditure is anticipated to be saved in 25 years.
