MS4448PAE Series Inverter-charger Model from Magnum Energy

Magnum Energy offers the MS4448PAE series inverter/charger model for use in renewable energy related usages. This model has two 120 VAC output lines that are set in 180º phase angle with each other thus maintaining the grouping of L1 and L2 lines and the total of 240 VAC, and the individual VAC of the lines  and the neutral as 120 VAC.

This unique structure does away with the requirement of maintaining two units for achieving 240 V output. To meet the increased power demand more number of inverters can be connected in parallel.

The MS4448PAE Series Inverter/Charger

The MS4448PAE provided by Magnum Energy has a continuous power output of 4400 VA. The input battery voltage range of this model is 36.0 to 67.6 VDC, its maximum VDC output is 68 VDC, the nominal AC output voltage is 120/240 VAC split phase, its AC output voltage accuracy is L-N: 120 VAC ±5%, L-L: 240 VAC ±5%, the output frequency and accuracy is 60 Hz ± 0.04% and the THD is <5%. The continuous charger output of this model at 25°C is 60 ADC at the rate of 56.4 VDC and the peak efficiency of the charger is 90%.

The MS4448PAE has functional protections such as automatic shut off when the battery voltage goes below the low battery cut out level or above the high battery cut out level and starts automatically when the correct start set level is reached. A status LED indicator is included for continuous monitoring of the status.
