Manco Energy supplies biomass boilers, pellet stoves, and fireplace inserts from different manufacturers. The company offers medium and large sized biomass burners from different manufacturers, namely, Benekov, Viadrus, DCM and Lin-ka Energy. The Benekov VL50 biomass boiler is an automatic hot-water stove that burns pellets to provide heat and hot water.
The Benekov VL50 biomass boiler provides combustion efficiency up to 85%. It delivers water at different temperatures ranging from 65 to 90 degrees Celsius. This pellet boiler is equipped with a hopper system for storing pellets, which are used as fuel. The hopper system, with fuels inside, can run up to 10 days without refilling. It has a capacity of 180kg. This boiler system supplied by Manco Energy has large air tight doors for accessing the combustion chamber. There is an ash tray for removing the left over ashes.
The primary air fan and external motors incorporated with the Benekov VL50 biomass boiler can be accessed for easy maintenance and service. This pellet boiler has a maximum output capacity of 40kW and its output ranges from 8 to 40kW. It has a heating efficiency of 85%. The flue outlet has a diameter of 145mm. It requires 240V electric power with a frequency of 50Hz. The fuel used for this boiler must have a diameter of 25mm and a length of 400mm. The Benekov VL50 is available in 1,575mm x 834mm x 1,619mm dimensions. It is supplied with a conversion kit to make the boiler use grain as its fuel.
