African Energy provides the SunDanzer DC Refrigerators and Freezers model DCR225 or DCF225 with 8.0 cf type door panels. This energy-efficient model consumes less energy and does not require an expensive type of PV module for supplying power.
The DCR225 or DCF225 models are provided with thicker insulation and can retain the system coolness for a longer period. The refrigerator and freezer models are meant for off-grid applications and work directly on DC power thus eliminating the need for an inverter.
