Year-A-Round offers Corn Furnace Model 150-FA. This model incorporates a 1500° F type electronic heating element for a secure, clean and instant start-up. The air-flow wimble included in the model disperses the corn fuel effectively for increased BTU output. The power outage and low fire safety features incorporated in this model closes the corn feeder during electrical failure to prevent overfill of corn in the fire chamber.
The rated BTU output of the Corn Furnace Model 150-FA provided by Year-A-Round is 30,000–150,000/h. This heat output is designed to warm an area of 500–4000 sq.ft. The rate of heat transfer is measured as 1400–1800 CFM. The height x width x length of this model is 73 inches x 31 inches x 61 inches. The hot water unit type of this model weighs 1035 lbs and the forced air unit type weighs 700 lbs. This model utilizes approximately 3–15 lbs of corn per hour. The hopper capacity of this model is 500 lbs, its exhaust pipe size is 6 inches and its water inlet/outlet pipe size is 1.25 inches NPT. The corn furnace model is connected using 110 V 20 A power connectivity.
The Corn Furnace Model 150-FA is equipped with a gasifier and use corn, pellets, wood, moldy corn and beans to burn the furnace efficiently. The incorporated air flow adjustment screw is utilized to adjust the flow of air for efficient usage of the furnace.
