Raum Energy offers 3.5 kW Wind Turbine System. This downwind type wind turbine incorporates five blades made of reinforced fiberglass, measuring 2 m each and covers a sweep area of 12.6 m2. This 3.5 kW Wind Turbine deploys a permanent magnet, gearless and brushless generator. This 3.5 kW wind turbine is designed to produce 500 kWh per month.
The rated wind speed of this wind turbine is 11 m/s, its start-up wind speed is 3.2 m/s, braking wind speed is 15 m/s, and survival wind speed is 50 m/s. This model has a rated rpm of 350 and can survive up to 1000 rpm level.
This Wind Turbine System provided by Raum Energy utilizes a tower type free standing monopole with 3 m3 concrete foundation, each section measuring 4 x 3.7 m. The distance between tower heights to Nacelle is 14.6 m and the tower weighs 410 kg. The survival wind speed of the tower is 180 km/h. This grid connected wind turbine has a three phase electrical input, its maximum input voltage is 190 V/phase, maximum input current is 20 A/phase, maximum output voltage is 240 V, maximum output current is 15 A.
