X-94a AMORPH Plus Thin Film PV Module

This module provided in a 1.43 m sized frameless glass-glass laminated design offers increased power production and is suitable for large grid connected systems. This PV module offers a stabilized power output of 6.7% at 91 W. The cells in this module are connected using laser technology and offers high level of operational consistency. The PV cells utilized in this module are designed to perform well even under partial shading or high temperature conditions.

Under normal operating cell temperatures the X-94a AMORPH plus thin film photovoltaic module provided by Inventux provides a maximum voltage of 97 V, a maximum current of 0.73, an open circuit voltage of 128.6 V, a short circuit current of  0.94 A, and a normal cell operating temperature of 45ºC. The width x height x depth dimension of this thin film photovoltaic module including its back-bars is 1100 mm x 1300 mm x 40 mm and weighs 26 kg. The cables utilized in this module measures 2.5 mm² and offered in 200 mm length. This module incorporates LC-3 (MC3 compatible) IP 68 (NEMA6P) type of connectors and the maximum bearable load of this module is 5400 Pa.

The X-94a AMORPH plus thin film photovoltaic module has IEC61646 design certification and A(IEC 61730) electrical classification.
