Bosch Solar Energy offers the Cell M 3BB Monocrystalline solar cells. These cells are designed to offer optimum performance even at low level light conditions.
The silicon utilized in the manufacture of these cells is of a very pure quality. They also feature high-impedance type wafers utilized for continuous fixed performance. The patented 3-busbar technology utilized in the making these cells reduces losses during conducting of current in the module and aids in improving the power production.
Cell M 3BB Monocrystalline Solar Cells
Each cell of this module measures 156 mm x 156 mm with an average thickness of Average thickness 200 ìm (± 40 ìm) / 180 ìm (± 30 ìm). For front contacts (-) this module incorporates a 3 x 1.5 mm busbar (silver), textured, silicon nitride antireflective coating and for back contacts (+) a 3 x 4 mm busbar (silver), full-surface aluminum BSF is used. The Cell M 3BB Monocrystalline solar cell is offered in 4.34. 4.29, 4.24, 4.19, 4.14, 4.09 and 4.04 categories. The 4.34 offers a Pmpp of 4.34 to 4.39 Wp, an efficiency of 18.01% to 18.22%, a Vmpp of 520 mV, an Impp of 8360 mA, a Voc of 617 mV and an Isc of 8883 mA.
The Cell M 3BB Monocrystalline solar cells provided by Bosch Solar Energy are 100% tested for reverse-current resistance, and meets the classification requirements of IEC 60904 and IEC 60891.
