NextEnergy THW Series Water-to-Water Heat Pump from West Coast Geothermal

West Coast Geothermal offers the NextEnergy THW Series water-to-water heat pump. This heat pump incorporates a scroll compressor with a large operating map for high-level temperature operation up to 140ºF for outgoing water temperature even when the temperature of the incoming source water is at 32ºF.

This water-to-water heat pump has a coaxial (tube-in-tube) type of heat exchanger structure at the source end (ground loop) and brazed plate type of heat exchanger at the load end (heating/hot water), thus providing efficient heating.

NextEnergy THW Series Water-to-Water Heat Pump

The THW series water-to-water heat pump incorporates built-in controls for hydronic and domestic water heating operations thus avoiding the requirement of microprocessor-based controls for managing the operations such as warm weather shut-down, outdoor temperature reset, production and other controls. The NextEnergy THW Series water-to-water heat pump provided by West Coast Geothermal is offered in 10 kW (32600 BTU) size for 60 Hz V and available for almost all types of installations. The extended range refrigeration circuit utilized in the heat pump is suitable for geothermal as well as open loop applications. For the purpose of efficient heating, the heating-only refrigeration circuit incorporated in this heat pump is tuned for high water temperature.

The THW Series water-to-water heat pump incorporates a double isolation compressor mounting system, protected compressor enclosure and a sound damper for noiseless function of the compressor. The THW series heat pump is equipped in an attractive Euro-style cabinet for decorative looks.
