P4 Pellet Boiler from BioHeatUSA

BioHeatUSA offers the P4 Pellet Boiler model 60. This patented wood pellet boiler is available in four models with outputs ranging 35,800–197,900 Btu/h.

This boiler incorporates automatic ignition for easy starting of the boiler and the other automatic features incorporated in this wood pellet boiler include automatic fuel feed, removal of ash and an automatic sliding peeve in the combustion chamber. For the purpose of retaining the heat for longer hours this pellet boiler incorporates an insulated cleaning door. This pellet boiler can be used along with radiant floor, hot water baseboard or other hot air systems.

The P4 pellet boiler incorporates EOS technology (Efficiency Optimization System) for total self cleaning. The ash container utilized in this model is large and allows extended usage without cleaning the ash chamber. A patented multiple-pass heat exchanger is incorporated in the boiler for varying boiler operation and the three pass heat exchanger equipped in the system allows maximum ash separation. The P4 pellet boiler provided by BioHeatUSA incorporates a Lambdatronic P3200 microprocessor control for ease of operation.

This pellet boiler has a rated heat output of 200,000 Btu/h, and a heating efficiency of 57,300 Btu/h. This boiler weighs 1676 lbs and consumes 120 W. The out-feed and return feed connections of this boiler measures 1-1/2 inch, the drain and air vent measures ½ inch each. The length x width x height measurement of  this boiler is 43-1/4 inches x 70-1/2 inches x 74-7/8 inches and flue gas pipe connection of this model measures 6 in.
