LP Hoying offers the Sunpole solar power supply module. This ready to install solar power module includes a crystalline solar panel, a temperature corrected charge regulator, a 12 V lead acid battery to function continuously without charging for 100 h, a switching output controller with load drop facility for safeguarding the battery, a heavy steel pole with panel support, a strong built polyethylene battery box, wiring harness and 1-1/2 x 60 anodes.
This solar power module is designed to support the power supply in areas with constraints in normal supply. Currently this solar module is available in 24 or 12 V with 2 A rating.
The wiring for various parts of the Sunpole module is carried out using conduits incorporated in the structure thus avoiding the problem of exposed wiring. The fastening parts utilized in this module are mounted using antitheft hardware. The Sunpole module can be easily installed over the offered 10 ft. steel structure. For improved protection, the charge regulator, battery enclosure and output control are manufactured utilizing heavy duty painted steel. This solar module incorporates an attached lockable door with manual holder and a locking fastener. The Sunpole solar power supply module supplied by LP Hoying incorporates REN system to supply 100% of the day time current rating during daytime solar power periods and half of the day time current settings to the ground bed during the night.
The constant voltage output feature of the model allows adjustment in output current settings for all the 24 h of the day. This solar module also features 50/50 charge current bypass facility and an output ammeter. For reliable electro-mechanical connectivity this module incorporates copper compression lugs for solar, battery and load connections.
