Powercorn-Biocom Flex Heating System from Guntamatic

Guntamatic offers the Powercorn/Biocom flex heating system. This pellet and grain using heating system is available in 75 to 100 kW power range. The sophisticated control program used in this model allows this hot air blowing system to light up quickly and efficiently.

The wood pellets or grains used in this module burns in 650ºC temperature without the problem of clinkers. For easy cleaning of the fire system and removal of ash this model incorporates a self-cleaning step grate. The induced secondary air supply within the heating system converts the left over combustible gasses in to energy efficiently.

The dust produced during the heating are collected in a specially introduced reaction tube. The double layered stainless steel surface used in the heater allows condensation of aggressive substances over it thus avoiding the problem of damages. The spiral mechanism incorporated in the Powercorn/Biocom flex heating system offered by the Guntamatic automatically cleans the heat exchangers pipe package regularly thus allowing increased usage of the available heat. The menu guided control panel installed in the heating system incorporates lambda probes and temperature sensors for continuous monitoring of the burning process and adjusting of the boiler output efficiently for competent dispersion of heat.

A slow-moving auger installed in the heating system disperses the ashes strained through the grate in to a 60 L movable ash container. The dust automatically cleaned from the heat exchanger is deposited in a separate easy to clean 12 L container.
