Dansons offers the Chinook pellet stove. This pellet stove has a multi-fuel grate to use all grades of pellets, clean shelled corn or wheat as fuel. The doors and louvers of this stove are available in classic black, polished nickel or in gold colors.
Chinook Pellet Stove
This pellet stove has a fuel hopper to hold up to 55 lbs of fuel. The burn rate of fuel can be adjusted to 1.25 to 6 lbs/h rate. The factory set BTU of this pellet stove ranges between 16,800 and 42,000 BTU/h which can be reset to 10,500 to 50,400 BTU/h.
The Chinook pellet stove incorporates nine hard-wearing steel tubes as heat exchangers. The 265 CFM convection blower installed in the pellet stove has four blower settings with auto heat and cycling to tolerably spread the heat all over the room. A soft-touch digital control with five heat settings and three modes is incorporated to manage the controls and heat modes in the stove. An optional duel mode fully automatic thermostat control is available to operate the stove functions from remote. The electric hot air igniter included in the stove model operates automatically ignites the stove.
The side-mounted draft control feature allows required air adjustments during change of fuel. An optional fresh air intake kit is offered in 3 ft. and 10 ft. sizes with 3 ft. x 2 in. or 10 ft x 2 in. aluminum duct, hood and two clamps. Installing of fresh air intake kit brings in outside air and assists in proper combustion.
