Gadot Solar Solutions is all set to distribute and install SolarEdge’s solar power harvesting systems in Europe. SolarEdge’s activity in the European markets is expected to increase as a result of its agreement with Gadot Solar, which has a strong presence in many European countries including Italy, France, Bulgaria and Greece.
SolarEdge Power Harvesting System
SolarEdge power harvesting system has PowerBoxes, which include solar inverters and power optimizers. This unique solution enables the generation of 25% more energy by PV systems, while simultaneously reducing costs as well as complexities.
Avigdor Huber, Gadot Solar’s general manager, said that the company is delighted to include SolarEdge’s system to its product portfolio. He added that the use of PowerBoxes results in increased energy yield. The PowerBoxes also detect and notify panel under-performance, thereby saving time as well as costs.
SolarEdge VP Zvi Lando said that his company is glad to tie up with Gadot, which has vast experience in market reach and project management. He added that the company is looking forward to entering new markets including Greece, Bulgaria and the Balkan region.
