MNPV16-250 PV Combiner from MidNite Solar

MidNite Solar offers the MNPV16-250 PV combiner for 300 VDC breakers for high powered, high voltage off-grid applications. This PV combiner is securely kept in a Grey aluminum type 3R water-resistant enclosure, with well insulated dead front. The live front accepts 12–300 VDC breakers, a 21 position PV negative bus bar, an 18 position ground bus bar and 240 A plus and minus bus bars.

The 300 VDC breaker used in this model is available up to 50 A per string. The box holding the PV combiner measures 22 in. x 18 in. x 5 in. and weighs 13 lbs. The PV combiner is also available with an optional a din rail mount 50 A 300VDC DC-GFP to stop the current flow from the PV arrays manufactured by companies such as NEC during short circuit kind of situations. The MNPV16-250 PV combiner offered by MidNite Solar incorporates knock outs to protect conduit or panel mount MC type connectors by water proofing them from rains. Similarly knock outs are used for lightning arrestors.

The MNPV16-250 PV combiners can be used along with two separate inverters or charge controllers. This PV combiner is ETL listed to UL1741 for safety of use.
