Helix Wind Anticipates Issuance of Small Vertical Axis Wind Turbine Patent Application

Helix Wind, Corp. is expecting an issuing order of its patent application for Small Vertical Axis wind turbine that they filed along with their legal counsel, Thibault Patent Group. A notice of allowance and the resultant issuing order is expected in three months and many claims have been made for the prosecution of the patent application.

The company has also made patent applications in several countries such as India, Australia and China and in several countries in Europe. All these patents are related to their unique, modular rotor design and are awaiting analysis in their respective countries. Scott Weinbrandt, CEO of Helix Wind said that the patent application filed by the company would soon become an authentic US patent. He also stated that the company is known for its performance in high winds and added that working with Thibault Patent Group in protecting Helix Wind’s Intellectual Property assets was a great experience.
