Day4 Energy Commences Construction of Photovoltaic Power Plant in Germany

Cost-effective, high-performance solar electric solutions supplier Day4 Energy Inc. has started the construction of a photovoltaic power plant located in Niedereschach-Fischbach, Germany. With 1.8 MW capacity, the plant is ground mounted.

Already, Day4 Energy had completed the engineering and design works on the project. Currently, the company has started construction work on the PV power plant facility with the help of certain channel partners based in Germany. The construction work on the plant is expected to come to a conclusion by June 2010 and is likely to comprise around 9800 48MC Day4 solar modules. Energy Park Fischbach is likely to be constructed in the south-west region of Germany. The energy generated at the plant is likely to be supplied to the domestic grid provider as per the German FIT Law (EEG).

Over the coming several months, Day4 Energy will focus on increasing its operations in the solar project sector. The company intends to apply its project development business approach to markets such as Canada and Italy.
