AXITEC Solar offers Polycrystalline photovoltaic modules with a soft grip frame. The modules are offered in five models such as AC-212P/156-60S, AC-218P/156-60S, AC-224P/156-60S, AC-230P/156-60S, and AC-236P/156-60S, with differences in power output and conversion efficiencies. The Polycrystalline photovoltaic modules are supplied with a length x width x height measurement of 1663 mm x 997 mm x 38 mm and weighs 22 kg with frame.
The frame utilized for holding the modules is made of anodized aluminum with soft grip edges for ease of carrying and handling the modules during installation. The junction box utilized in the modules meets IP65 requirements and incorporate three bypass diodes. The bypass diodes are kept open for easy future replacement. The AXITEC solar polycrystalline PV solar modules are connected using quality weather-resistant cables, an easy to use lockable connecting system, and an IP68 twist on type of plug socket. The top of surface frames of the solar modules are covered using 4 mm thick low reflection white glass. Each module incorporates 60 numbers of square type polycrystalline solar cells measuring 156 mm x 156 mm and on the back side of the solar cells a composite film is pasted.
The AC-236P/156-60S polycrystalline PV solar module offered by AXITEC Solar generates a nominal output of 236 W, a nominal voltage of 29.95 V, a nominal current of 7.88 A, a short circuit of 8.47 A, an open circuit voltage of 36.84 V and a module conversion efficiency of 14.23%. The system voltage of this module is 930 VDC, maximum load carrying capacity is 2400 N/m² and its nominal operating temperature is 44.8ºC.
