HuksefluxUSA offers the SOLAR300 PV testing system. This testing system is used for conducting end–to-end performance checks for single and three phase household and bigger level grid-connected PV systems. This PV testing system competently measures the power output of module and array, AC power output of inverter, and solar radiation and surface temperature at module and array level.

The functions of this testing system includes checking of DC/AC TRMS voltage and current, DC power, AC active power, measurement of energy and recording, measurement of leakage current and recording, light radiation measurement, measurement of cell temperature and environment temperature, voltage and current harmonics and voltage anomalies and PV operations.

For the purpose of measuring the DC and AC powers of the system the data of upstream and downstream inputs at the inverter end is sampled concurrently for single and three phase PV systems. Solar300 deploys a remote compact SOLAR-01 data storage module to perform remote sampling and storing of the data. The collected data is transferred to the handheld Solar300 system by using an USB port. The compact flash driver and onboard memory incorporated in the Solar300 system allows archiving of data and the included Topview Management software helps in preparation of reports with comments. This testing system is largely used by O & M contractors and PV system installers.

The standard accessories utilized in the SOLAR300 PV Testing System from HuksefluxUSA  includes a remote unit for temperature and intensity of sun ray measurements, set of five cables and gator clips for voltage measurement, three pieces of AC clamp meter 5-100A/1V with a max diameter 20mm, a DC/AC clamp meter, 10-100A/1V with a max diameter 30mm, a thermopile pyranometer, a probe for temperature measurement, a touch screen pen, an AC power supply adapter, windows software and USB cable and a carry case. This module incorporates a TFT black-lighted graphical display measuring 320 x 240 pxl, an internal memory of 15 MB, touch screen display, USB output and Li ION rechargeable battery.
