Energy Technology offers the SUNTECH 270 W polycrystalline solar panel. The STP270-24/Vb -1 PV panel can be utilized for powering on grid utility and commercial systems and off grid ground mounted systems. The BSF (back surface field) structure of this module is improved and given anti-reflective coating to improve the conversion efficiency of the module. The advanced cell texturing and isolation process incorporated in the module improves the irradiance functioning and increases the output.
The SUNTECH 270 W solar panel offered by Energy Technology incorporates a rigidly constructed frame design with drainage holes to prevent deformation or breaking due to weather vagaries.
The STP270-24/Vb -1 solar panel incorporates 72 polycrystalline solar cells of 156 x 156 mm size and utilizes 4 mm tempered front glass efficiently covered by anodized aluminum alloy. The junction box utilized in this module is IP65 rated. This solar module measures 1956 mm x 992 mm x 50 mm in size and weighs 27 kg. The STP270-24/Vb -1 solar panel offers an open circuit voltage of 44.5 V, an optimum operating voltage of 35 V, a short circuit current of 8.2 A, an optimum operating current of 7.71 A, a maximum STC power of 270 W and a maximum system voltage of 600 VDC. The maximum series fuse rating of this module is 20 A and its power tolerance is ±3 %.
This module operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85ºC. The STP270-24/Vb -1 solar panel is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified, UL listed, C fire rated and conforms to CE.
