SCHOTT Solar offers the SCHOTT MONO 190 solar module. This module incorporates 72 numbers of square type monocrystalline solar cells with 17.5% efficiency. This module offers an over all module efficiency of 14.5%.
The monocrystalline solar cells are securely pasted over a foil. The front panel of this module is made of low iron solar glass of 3.2 mm thickness and securely placed inside a black colored anodized aluminum frame. The dark colored mono cells and the dark colored black aluminum frame presents an aesthetic effect.
The height x width x thickness dimensions of the SCHOTT MONO 190 solar module offered by the SCHOTT Solar is 1620 mm x 810 mm x 50 mm and weighs 15.5 kg. This solar module incorporates an IP65 junction box measuring 110mm x 115mm x 25 mm with three bypass diodes and an IP67 type Tyco connector. Under standard test conditions the SCHOTT MONO 190 module offers a nominal power of ±190 W, a nominal power voltage of 36.4 V, a nominal power current of 5.22 A, an open circuit voltage of 45.2 V, a short circuit current of 5.46 A and a module efficiency of 14.5%. The functional limitations of this module include a maximum system voltage of 1000 V, a maximum reverse current of 17 A, a module operating temperature in the range of -40 to +85ºC, a maximum load pressure and suction of 550 kg/m².
This solar module is manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified manufacturing conditions and meets the required certification and protection guidelines.
