The province of Ontario has highlighted its commitment to green jobs, energy and investment. Brad Duguid, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure for Ontario, has visited the SunE Sky Ryerse solar park in the Norfolk County, Ontario which is one among the two parks under construction, with an overall combined 18 MW solar energy capacity.

Two firms, namely, SkyPower Limited and MEMC Electronic Materials have entered into a joint venture with SunEdison for the development of the solar parks.
