Manco Energy offers Linka wood pellet boilers manufactured by Linka Energy. The boilers are offered in five models with nominal capacity in the range of 25, 41, 131, 235 and 258 kW with wood pellet consumption in the range of 5.5, 9.2, 29.0, 52.0 and 56.6 kg/h respectively.
The wood pellet boiler systems are available in 400–1500 kW ranges. The Linka wood pellet boiler offered by Manco Energy can be set up with an external glass fibre tower or container or an internal tower.
The container system incorporated in the boiler system can hold approximately 30 m³ of wood pellets and an automatic ash removal feature helps in the removal of generated ash. The wood pellets used in the burning system is supplied utilizing an inclined transportation work to a lock system and further carried utilizing a stoke worm to a water cooled fireside mounted in a LIN-KA H-boiler for burning. In the water cooled firing system the pellets are made to burn in temperatures ranging from 1200 to 1400ºC. The generated heat is openly transferred to a circulating water boiler for heating.
The design of the hearth in the Linka wood pellet boilers allows effective mixing of pellet fuel and heating of air to ensure total burning of the pellet fuel with an efficiency of more than 95%. The ashes accumulated in the boiler can be removed automatically thus reducing the level of cleaning to the minimum. For complete monitoring of the boiler performance a PLC control unit is incorporated.
