LadyBug Resource Group Acquires New Solar Electricity Corporation

LadyBug Resource Group headquartered in Kirkland, WA has announced New Solar Electricity Corporation an Orlando, a Florida headquartered company as its fully owned auxiliary business.

Currently the research and development team of New solar is engaged in developing an advanced type of solar concentrator for measurable use in solar power producing systems which will enable mass production of parabolic trough parts that is essential for reducing the outlay of the components.

Ladybug Resource Group has agreed for the resignation of New Solar Electricity Corporation’s President Jason Yu and offered him compensation for some of the intellectual property rights of the company in the form of controlling shares.

Christian Tedrow who has considerable exposure and experience in managing the infrastructure and marketing of U.S. and Chinese was chosen as President of the new set up. Mr. Tedrow holds a Masters degree in communications offered by the University of Central Florida and was teaching communications at the University.

Ladybug during the selection process gave importance to Tedrow’s past experience in handling Chinese companies where the company is planning to concentrate its license and production activities.
