SunEdison to Receive Solar Modules from Trina Solar

Trina Solar Limited has inked a sales agreement for supplying solar modules to a MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. subsidiary named SunEdison. Trina Solar is a leader in the manufacture of solar PV products such as wafers, cells, ingots and modules. SunEdison is a leader in providing solar energy services.

As per the agreement, Trina Solar will be supplying 35 MW capacity of PV modules for the remaining period of 2010. These modules are anticipated to be utilized by SunEdison towards projects in Europe and North America.

Combining the solar project capabilities of SunEdison with the high-quality modules of Trina Solar will help the latter increase its market share and enhance its brand recognition globally.
