Evolution Solar Corporation Plans to Involve Students of TSU in Solar Panel Installation

Evolution Solar Corporation (EVSO), a company with cutting edge solar and PV technologies, has announced that the construction of its photovoltaic demonstration project at Texas Southern University campus at Houston will commence soon.

The company is planning to install eight AmpleSun thin-film photovoltaic panels at the new Texas Southern University Green Technology Center campus site, which the university wanted to use it as a foundation project. The company is installing the AmpleSun manufactured solar panels for the first time in the United States. The company has chosen Armstead Development Group Construction LLC as its general contractor to complete the construction of the project. ADG is planning to relocate the fences of the university before commencing the construction of the new cement posts for installing solar panels. Evolution Solar is planning the avail the services of the TSU students while fixing the rack mounted systems and installation of solar panels.

Robert Hines, who leads Evolution Solar as its President, said that while his company is interested to showcase the power production capability of AmpleSun’s thin film panels, it will also utilize the opportunity to introduce the nuances of solar technology to the students at the university. He expressed happiness in involving students of the TSU in the project. He expressed his confidence of gaining more new projects after the completion of the demonstration project at the TSU.
